The context
Carely is a mobile application built for German care home staff — nurses, caregivers, and administrators — to manage patient monitoring, staff scheduling, and daily care workflows. The challenge was designing an interface simple enough for non-technical care home staff to adopt quickly, while handling the complexity of real-time patient data and multi-role access across a care facility.
My contribution

Designed end-to-end mobile app interfaces for core caregiver workflows — patient monitoring, medication tracking, and staff scheduling — prioritising clarity and speed for users working in high-pressure care environments.

Conducted user testing sessions with care home administrators and nurses, collecting structured feedback and iterating designs to improve adoption rates and reduce task completion time for daily care routines.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI specifications, ensuring designs were developer-ready and aligned with German healthcare UX expectations.
